Recognize the situation of production and marketing of flowers and trees, promote industrial upgrading

Not long ago, the fifth meeting of the National Joint Conference on Industrial Development in Major Flowers and Trees Production Areas was held in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Leaders of competent departments, heads of trade associations and representatives of leading enterprises from nearly 20 counties in China gathered to exchange experiences of flower and tree industry development, analyze the local flower and tree production and marketing situation in 2018, and forecast the development trend of flower and tree industry in 2019.
Throughout the production and marketing situation of flowers and trees in the main producing areas in 2018, the market in most areas tends to warm up compared with the previous year, which is closely related to the pattern of flower and tree industrial restructuring that has been pushing forward in recent years. When predicting the development trend in 2019, the relevant leaders of the main production areas have basically the same prediction for the future industrial development: under the new normal conditions, they will be at a disadvantage in the future competition by blindly extensive management, not paying attention to product quality, marketing and market trends, not carrying out intensive, mechanized, container and variety management, and not upgrading and shifting the modern e-commerce marketing mode.
