General Administration of Customs: Allow the import of Honduras fresh sweet melons that meet the requirements

According to relevant laws and regulations in China and the regulations of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry of the Republic of Honduras on the plant quarantine requirements for fresh cantaloupe imported from Honduras to China, it is allowed to import fresh cantaloupe from Honduras that meets the following requirements from today on.

Allow entry of product names
Fresh sweet melon, scientific name Cucumis melo, English name Melon. Honduras' export of sweet melons to China is limited to thick skinned melons, including cantaloupe (Harper), white and yellow Honey Dew Melon, and Galia Melon(Amaregal, Agrogal, Apacigal).

Permitted place of origin
Honduras Melon Production Area.
