The Italian National Pavilion made its debut at the 27th Shanghai Global Food Exhibition

FHC Shanghai Global Food Exhibition is a benchmark food exhibition in China and Asia, witnessing the integration and innovation of global food culture in China after 27 years. As an international platform, FHC has attracted numerous food companies to help them expand into the Chinese market and promote cultural exchange. ITA Italy's Foreign Trade Commission will continue to participate in this year's FHC and make the Italian National Pavilion one of the highlights, working together with 30 outstanding companies to showcase Italy's authenticity and excellence to industry leaders and Chinese consumers.

The 2024 FHC Shanghai Global Food Exhibition will be held from November 12th to 14th, and the Italian National Pavilion will be located in the North 3rd Hall (N3A01+N3B01+N3B20+N3P01), joining hands with 30 outstanding Italian food companies to welcome guests from all walks of life with rich exhibition areas and exciting activities. At this exhibition, the total area of the Italian national pavilion is 460 square meters, with Italian exhibitors increasing by 50% compared to last year, jointly exploring development opportunities and promoting high-quality products to the Chinese market. Intended to showcase the cultural symbols and connotations of Italian cuisine on diversified international platforms, providing new development opportunities for Italian companies.

In addition, this year's FHC exhibition coincides with the opening of the 9th Global Italian Food Week. Since its launch in 2015, Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo (SCIM) has been held annually with the aim of showcasing Italy's outstanding culinary traditions and products through events around the world, celebrating and promoting Italy's food and wine culture.

This year's theme is "Mediterranean Cuisine and Hometown Cuisine: Health and Tradition", aiming to spread the essence of Italian food culture and further bring Italian food closer to Chinese consumers.
