The Norwegian National Pavilion makes its debut at the CIIE

To commemorate the 70th anniversary of bilateral relations, Norway will set up a country pavilion for the first time at the CIIE. The Norwegian Country Pavilion is organized by the Norwegian Innovation Agency and has received strong support from the Norwegian Embassy in China, the Norwegian Consulate General in Shanghai, and the Norwegian Seafood Council. It is the result of the efforts of the Norwegian team.

The opening ceremony of the Norwegian Country Pavilion will be held grandly at 10 am on November 6th. Norwegian Minister of Fisheries and Ocean Policy Marianne Sivertsen Næss will visit China in November and, together with the Norwegian Ambassador to China, the Norwegian Consul General in Shanghai, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Norwegian Innovation Agency, and the CEO of the Norwegian Seafood Agency, will unveil the Norwegian Country Pavilion at the CIIE.

At the Country Pavilion, Norway's national brand image will be at the forefront, showcasing excellent products and solutions from Norwegian industries and enterprises, covering industries such as maritime and energy, health and nutrition, design and lifestyle, food and agriculture, as well as seafood and consumer goods. Excellent institutions and enterprises participating in the Norwegian Country Pavilion at the CIIE include the Norwegian Seafood Council, Equinor, Ekornes, Mills, Aker BioMarine, Kongsberg Maritime, Tine, Orkla, Thon Hotel, VOSS, Yara, NYO3, as well as Norwegian seafood companies such as Mowi, Leory, Sjör, Prima Seafood, and Nordlakes, showcasing Norway's highest quality seafood to Chinese consumers.

During the CIIE, a series of exciting and diverse activities will be held at the Norwegian country booth. We sincerely invite you to visit and exchange ideas at the Norwegian Country Pavilion (5.2 B-19), the national comprehensive exhibition area of the CIIE.
