As Australia's "wine state", South Australia's vast territory, fertile soil, pure water and abundant sunshine have nurtured 18 world-class high-quality grape-producing areas with different styles and unique characteristics. Some of the world's oldest and still harvesting grapevines are also located here.
At the same time, the unique climate and geographical characteristics of each producing area enable South Australia to produce a variety of wines, including Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and other excellent varieties.
Today, South Australia has the ability to produce 80% of Australia's high-end wines, and it is the only region in Australia to be selected into the "Great Wine Capitals" network, and is on par with other world-renowned producing areas such as Bordeaux, France and Napa Valley, USA.
This year, what high-quality wine brands from South Australia will you see at the CIIE? We will help you unlock them in advance.
